Because every piece is personalised and made to order, engraved items can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or not as ordered — in which case we'll always put it right with a replacement or refund.

Personalised, engraved, made-to-order items are non-returnable and are exempt from the usual 14-day right to cancel — they're made uniquely for you and can't be resold.
